Pinpoint Test F : DTC P07F5: Notes
DTC P07F5
Refer to Transmission Controls - 6F35 for schematic and connector information.
Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The TRCM receives two voltage inputs from the BJB. If a P07F5 code appeared, it is a result of the TRCM losing power to both fuse 45(5A) and fuse 24 (20A) circuits.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
| DTC | Description | Fault Trigger Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| P07F5 | Transmission Range Control Module System Voltage Low | The TRCM monitors the voltage inputs for low or no power. When the voltage drops below a calibrated threshold, the TRCM sets the DTC. |
Possible Sources
- Connectors damaged or pushed-out terminals, circuitry open, shorted to power or shorted to ground
- BJB fuse 24 (20A)
- BJB fuse 45 (5A)
- TRCM
