Pinpoint Test F : DTC P07F5: Notes
DTC P07F5
Refer to Transmission Controls - 6F35 for schematic and connector information.
Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The TRCM receives two voltage inputs from the BJB. The hot in start and run fuse 34 (10A) circuit powers the TRCM micro processor. The hot at all times fuse 87 (15A) circuit powers the motors in the TRCM that are used to move the selector lever cable and the transmission manual valve inside the main control valve body.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
| DTC | Description | Fault Trigger Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| P07F5 | Transmission Range Control Module System Voltage Low | The TRCM monitors the voltage inputs for low or no power. When the voltage drops below a calibrated threshold, the TRCM sets the DTC. |
