Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

The ABS module monitors various inputs and compares the values to what should be expected. If the values received are out of range or not what should be expected, the ABS module sets a DTC.

PPT AK ABS MODULE DTC FAULT TRIGGER CONDITIONS

DTC	Description	Fault Trigger Conditions
B10DF:46	Master Cylinder Isolation Valve: Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure	Sets when the ABS module detects a calibration failure between the HCU and the ABS module or an internal fault exists within the ABS module.
P0942:46	Hydraulic Pressure Unit: Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure	Sets when the identification data stored in the ABS module does not match the identification data from the HCU.
P0942:49	Hydraulic Pressure Unit: Internal Electronic Failure	Sets when the identification data stored in the ABS module does not match the identification data from the HCU.
U2007:46	Valve(s): Calibration/Parameter Memory Failure	Sets due to an internal failure of the ABS module or due to a calibration failure between the HCU and the ABS module.
U2007:62	Valve(s): Signal Compare Failure	Sets due to an internal failure of the ABS module or due to a calibration failure between the HCU and the ABS module.
