Pinpoint Test I : DTC U0140:87: Notes

Normal Operation 

• DTC U0140:87 (Lost Communication With Body Control Module: Missing Message) - sets in the Remote Function Actuator (RFA) module if data messages received from the Body Control Module (BCM) are missing. For a complete list of all network messages, refer to Module Communications Network .

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following: 

• Communication network concern
• RFA module
• BCM
