Selector Lever Cable: Removal

All vehicles 

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
2. Remove the air cleaner. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM & INTAKE AIR FILTERING SYSTEM .
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM & INTAKE AIR FILTERING SYSTEM .

6. Remove the battery tray. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, BATTERY MOUNTING & BATTERY CABLES .
7. NOTE: Slide the locking tab upwards to unlock the electrical connector.
