Removal and Installation
- Remove the wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to WHEELS AND TIRES .
- Remove the retainers and position the fender splash shield aside.
- Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
- Disconnect the 6 pushpin fasteners.
- Remove the front wheel speed sensor bolt and the wheel speed sensor.
- To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE:
The wheel speed sensor harness must be routed as shown in illustration or damage to the harness during vehicle jounce and rebound can occur.
