Programming the Auto-Unlock Feature Using the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Message Center

NOTE: The auto-unlock feature can be activated or deactivated independently of the autolock feature.

NOTE: The auto-unlock feature is also a programmable parameter and can be enabled/disabled with a scan tool. For additional information on programmable parameters, refer to MODULE CONFIGURATION .

Press the SETUP button on the message center switch until AUTOUNLOCK < ON > OFF is displayed.
Press the RESET button to select ON or OFF. If auto-unlock is enabled, the message center has brackets around the < ON > display. If auto-unlock is disabled, the message center has brackets around the < OFF > display.
