Removal And Installation
- Upload the SDARS module configuration information to the scan tool. For additional information, refer to Programmable Module Installation (PMI) in MODULE CONFIGURATION article.
- Remove the rear seat backrest. For additional information, refer to SEATING article.
- Disconnect the satellite radio antenna cable and the SDARS module electrical connectors.
- Remove the 3 nuts and the SDARS module.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Download the configuration information to the SDARS module. For additional information, refer to PMI in MODULE CONFIGURATION article.
NOTE:
Module configuration is only required if a new Satellite Digital Audio Receiver System (SDARS) module is being installed.
