Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. For additional information, Refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, Refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION AND FILTERING .
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the ignition coil-on-plug.

  4. Remove the bolt from the ignition coil-on-plug.

  5. Remove the ignition coil-on-plug.

  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
