Digital Transmission Range Sensor

Disconnect battery ground cable. Place transmission in Neutral. Turn air suspension switch to OFF position. Air suspension switch is located at left hand side of luggage compartment, on trim support. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect manual shift lever control cable. Loosen bolts on Digital Transmission Range (DTR) sensor. Ensure manual lever on transmission is in Neutral. Install DTR Sensor Alignment Tool (T97L-70010-A). See Fig 1 . Tighten DTR sensor bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Remove DTR sensor alignment tool. Reconnect manual shift lever control cable. Lower vehicle. Reactivate air suspension. Check system operation.
