Removal and Installation

Remove the ignition lock cylinder.
1. Insert the key into the ignition key and turn, to the RUN position.
2. Insert a punch in the access hole of the steering column and press the release tab while pulling out the ignition switch lock cylinder.

Remove the key-in-ignition warning switch.
1. Release the clip.
2. Push the key-in-ignition warning switch off the rear of the ignition switch lock cylinder.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Verify ignition lock cylinder operation.
