Removal & Installation

Remove the appearance cover. Remove the vacuum lines and the electrical connector. See Fig 1. Remove the cables from the intake manifold shield. Remove the bolts from the intake manifold shield. See Fig 2. Remove the EGR system module tube nut from the EGR system module. Remove the bolts and the EGR system module. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Install a new EGR system module gasket.
