Compass Zone Adjustment-Without Message Center

    NOTE: The compass zone setting is preset from the factory to Zone 8.

  1. Determine which magnetic zone you are in for your geographic location.
  2. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
  3. Locate the compass module at the base of the mirror.

  4. Press and hold the reset button on the LH top of the compass sensor module. Press and hold until ZONE and the current zone setting (1-15) appear in the instrument cluster display, and release.

  5. Press the reset button repeatedly to cycle through the possible zone setting until the setting for your geographic location is displayed.
  6. Release the button to exit the zone setting mode. After approximately five seconds the display will report the direction and the zone will be set.
