Trouble Shooting

Verify customer complaint by operating power, heated or memory seat. Check for blown fuses, loose or corroded harness connectors, damaged wiring, damaged motors, defective switches, damaged seat track and damaged driver's side seat module. If damage is found, repair as necessary and retest system. If cause of fault is not evident and vehicle does not have memory seats, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  table under SYSTEM TESTS.
