Checking Procedure

Vehicle ride height can only be measured accurately after accurate trim test has been performed using New Generation Star (NGS) tester, or equivalent scan tool. See appropriate ELECTRONIC article in SUSPENSION. To calculate ride height, see Fig 1 and Fig 2 . See RIDE HEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS  table. If ride height does not meet specification, and no unusual load is present, check for damaged components or non-standard replacement suspension components.
