Removal And Installation: Tubes: Installation

  1. Install the fluid cooler tube onto the radiator.
  2. Install the upper fitting into the transaxle.

  3. Connect the fluid cooler inlet tube and the fluid cooler tube to the transaxle by inserting the line into the fitting until the retainer engages the first tube bead. (A definite "click" should be heard.) Pull back on the line to verify full engagement.

  4. Install the retaining clip.

  5. Install the fluid cooler tube onto the radiator.
  6. Install the lower fitting into the transaxle.

  7. Connect the fluid cooler tube to the transaxle by inserting the line into the fitting until the retainer engages the first tube bead. (A definite "click" should be heard.) Pull back on the line to verify full engagement.

  8. Install the retaining clip.

  9. Lower the vehicle. Fill the transaxle to the proper level and check for leaks.
