Remote Transmitter Programming

NOTE: Driver's Door Module (DDM) will erase all previously programmed remote transmitters when a new remote transmitter is programmed. If adding an additional remote transmitter, all existing remote transmitters must be reprogrammed at the same time.
    NOTE: ON eighth cycle, key must end in ON position.
  1. Cycle ignition switch eight times from OFF to ON with in 19 seconds
  2. After doors lock then unlock, press any button on transmitter to be programmed.
  3. Doors will lock and unlock to confirm programming.
  4. If additional remote transmitters are to be programmed, press any button on next remote transmitter to be programmed within 7.5 seconds of pressing button on last transmitter. If programming is successful, doors will signal by locking and unlocking.
  5. After last transmitter is programmed, turn ignition switch OFF. Door locks will lock then unlock and horn will sound to confirm programming.
  6. After all remote transmitters are programmed, a new keyless entry keypad code can be programmed within 7.5 seconds of pressing button on last remote transmitter. To exit program mode, press keyless entry keypad buttons 7/8 and 9/0 simultaneously or wait 7.5 seconds for DDM to exit automatically.
