Function Test 32 (Electronic Steering Sensor Test)

This function test will look for input from the electronic steering sensor. While the test is running, before it times out after 30 seconds, the steering wheel must be rotated 90 degrees. DTC 33 is reported if no input from the electronic steering sensor is seen.
