Test O: Smart Lock Does Not Operate Properly
- Open driver door. If courtesy lights illuminate, go to next step. If courtesy lights do not illuminate, repair appropriate interior light circuit(s) as necessary. See ILLUMINATION/INTERIOR LIGHTS article.
- Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Open driver door. If warning chimes operate, replace DDM. See DRIVER DOOR MODULE (DDM) under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If warning chimes do not operate, repair appropriate warning chime circuit(s) as necessary. See appropriate WIRING DIAGRAMS under WARNING SYSTEMS.
