Preliminary Checks

Confirm concern. Check the following for possible cause of malfunction:

• Malfunctioning master or single switch. See MASTER SWITCH under COMPONENT TESTING  .
• Open or shorted circuits.
• Faulty one-touch window down module.
• Faulty driver's door module.
