Master Cylinder: Installation

Install NEW "O" ring into groove in master cylinder. Ensure "O" ring is seated properly. Position master cylinder onto mounting studs. Tighten master cylinder-to-booster nuts to specification. Connect brakelines. Tighten master cylinder fittings to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Install connector bracket. Fill reservoir with DOT 3 brake fluid. Bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  . Operate brake several times. Check for leaks.
