Anti-Theft System: Description

The anti-theft alarm system monitors ignition switch lock cylinder for tampering as soon as key is removed. When the system is armed, doors, hood and trunk are protected from forced entry. When alarm is triggered, horn sounds, headlights flash and starter is disabled.

The anti-theft system also has a PANIC feature that operates in conjunction with the remote keyless entry system. When the PANIC button on the remote transmitter is pushed, the horns will sound and the exterior lights will flash.
