Pinpoint Test HA

  1. Drive vehicle. If odometer works properly, go to next step.If odometer does not operate properly, go to PINPOINT TEST FA.
  2. Stop vehicle. Turn ignition on. If CHECK ENGINE or CHECK DCL warning lights appear, go to PINPOINT TEST JG. If neither warning appears, see TESTS W/CODES - EEC-IV (3.8L) article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE section.
NOTE: Fuel usage information comes from EEC-IV module through Data Communications Link.
