CER Start Position Adjustment
Remove stator cap. Rotate choke thermostat lever clockwise until CER travel stop screw is bottomed on choke seal retainer (full travel). Dial indicator reading should be .490" (12.45 mm) at 0°F (-18°C). See Fig 1 . Adjust reading by turning screw with a 5/64" Allen wrench. Turn screw clockwise to decrease reading. Turn screw counterclockwise to increase reading.
