Speed Sensor Circuit

  1. Disconnect VAPS connector from module. Connect DVOM across circuits No. 150 and 563. See Fig 1 . Measure resistance.
  2. If resistance is between 150-225 ohms, speed sensor is functioning properly. Replace VAPS module. If resistance is less than 150 ohms or greater than 225 ohms, repair wiring harness.
