Axle Contact Hoist

If an axle contact (twin post) hoist is used to lift a RWD vehicle, place the adapters under the front suspension lower arms. On Thunderbird and Cougar, place fork lifts under axle housing inboard of suspension arm brackets.

NOTE: On Cougar and Thunderbird models, DO NOT position the hoist pads under the No. 3 crossmember.
