Remove door trim panel and watershield. Support glass in an UP position. Remove center pins from motor bracket-to-inner panel attaching rivets with a drift. Then remove rivets with a 1/4" drill. Disconnect motor wires at connector. Remove center pins from regulator attaching rivets with a drift, then drill out rivets with a 1/4" drill. Disconnect regulator arm from glass bracket and remove regulator from door.
