Driver Side Seat Belt Warning Light does not Operate [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

1. Read the Data List according to the display on the GTS.

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

REPLACE FRONT SEAT BELT SET (FOR DRIVER SIDE). Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

1. Disconnect the S29 front seat belt set (for driver side) connector.
2. Disconnect the I6 combination meter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   S29-1 (+) - I6-23 (BKL)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   S29-2 (E) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   S29-1 (+) or I6-23 (BKL) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]
