DTC P0110-15: Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Bank 1 Circuit Short to Battery or Open [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
2. Connect terminals 4 (THA) and 2 (E2G) of the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector on the wire harness side.
3. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
4. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
5. Turn the Techstream on.
6. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Data List / Intake Air Temperature.

   Powertrain > Engine > Data List 

   Tester Display
   Intake Air Temperature

7. Read the value displayed on the Techstream.

   Standard value

   140°C (284°F)

   HINT: 

   Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the mass air flow meter sub-assembly.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2019 - ]

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE MASS AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2015 - ] 

Result: 

NG 

See step  2

1. Disconnect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the ECM connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D9-4 (THA) - D2-102 (THA)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   D9-2 (E2G) - D2-115 (E2G)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   D9-4 (THA) or D2-102 (THA) - Other terminals	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE ECM. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2015 - 08/2016]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [08/2016 - 08/2019]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]
