DTC B2452: Abnormal Height Sensor Data at Initialization [03/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
    5. Clear the DTCs.

      Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs 

      Result

      Proceed to
      NEXT

    Result: 

    NEXT

  2. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
    5. Check for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes 

      OK

      DTC B2452 is not output.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    OK 

    USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [03/2019 - 09/2020]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2020 - 01/2023]  , or refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [01/2023 - ] 

    Result: 

    NG

  3. CHECK REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the installation condition of the rear height control sensor sub-assembly.

      OK

      Rear height control sensor sub-assembly is installed correctly.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    INSTALL PARTS CORRECTLY. Refer to  INSTALLATION [03/2019 - ] 

    Result: 

    OK

  4. REPLACE REAR HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the rear height control sensor sub-assembly.

      Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - ]

      Result

      Proceed to
      NEXT

    Result: 

    NEXT

  5. CLEAR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
    5. Clear the DTCs.

      Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Clear DTCs 

      Result

      Proceed to
      NEXT

    Result: 

    NEXT

  6. CHECK FOR DTC 
    1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
    2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    3. Turn the Techstream on.
    4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / HL AutoLeveling / Trouble Codes.
    5. Check for DTCs.

      Body Electrical > HL AutoLeveling > Trouble Codes 

      OK

      DTC B2452 is not output.

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    OK 

    END (INITIALIZATION WAS NOT COMPLETED)

    REPLACE HEADLIGHT ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to  REMOVAL [03/2019 - ]
