Reassembly [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SC1 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SC1 with the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SC2 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SC2 with the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SLU.

    2. Install the straight pin.
    3. Install the solenoid lock plate with the bolt.

      Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SLT.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL1.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL4.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL2.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  8. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL5 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL5.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  9. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3 
    1. Install the shift solenoid valve SL3.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  10. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE 
    1. Install the solenoid lock plate with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 10 N*m (102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf) 

  11. INSTALL MANUAL VALVE 
    1. Install the manual valve to the manual valve body.
  12. INSTALL MANUAL VALVE BODY 
    1. Install the manual valve body with the 6 bolts.

      Torque: 6.0 N*m (61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf) 

    2. Mark the top of each bolt with paint.
    3. Retighten the 6 bolts an additional 90°.
    4. Check that the paint marks are now at a 90° angle to the top.
