Adjustment [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. While pushing the shift lock release button, move the shift lever to N.
2. Remove the nut and disconnect the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly.

3. Turn the transmission control shaft lever RH of the park/neutral position switch assembly counterclockwise until it stops, and turn it clockwise 2 notches to set it to the N position.

4. Temporarily install the floor shift gear shifting rod sub-assembly with the nut.

5. Tighten the nut while lightly pushing the lever rearward.

   Torque: 13 N*m (130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf)
