Installation [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL STEERING CONTROL ECU
1. Attach the 2 claws and install the steering control ECU to the junction block with the 2 bolts.
  Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
INSTALL STEERING CONTROL ECU WITH JUNCTION BLOCK
1. Install the steering control ECU with junction block with the bolt and 2 nuts.
  Torque: 7.6 N*m (77 kgf*cm, 67 in.*lbf)
2. Connect the connectors and wire harness clamp.
INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27
INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
(Refer to INSTALLATION [09/2015 - ] )
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [09/2015 - 08/2019] Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2019 - ] ).
CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

PERFORM VARIABLE GEAR RATIO STEERING SYSTEM
(Refer to CALIBRATION [09/2015 - 08/2020] Refer to CALIBRATION [08/2020 - ] )
