Installation [10/2020 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
- Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, temporarily install the generator assembly with the 2 stud bolts.
- Tighten the 2 stud bolts.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Install the 2 bolt and 2 nuts.
Torque: 43 N.m (438 kgf/cm, 32 ft.lbf)
- Connect the engine wire to the terminal B with the nut.
Torque: 12 N.m (122 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)
- Connect the generator assembly connector.
- Connect wire harness and install the 4 bolts.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Install the terminal cap.
- Attach the clamp.
- Connect the engine wire with the bolt.
Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)
- INSTALL AIR CLEANER SUPPORT BRACKET ASSEMBLY
- Install the air cleaner support bracket assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Install the air cleaner support bracket assembly with the 2 bolts.
- INSTALL NO. 3 ENGINE WIRE

- INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

- INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12
- INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

- INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL

HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
