1. Check around and beneath the vehicle for fuel leaks, fumes, etc.

   OK

   No fuel leaks present.

   Result

REPAIR OR REPLACE FUEL LEAK POINT

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.

   Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes 

5. Read the DTCs.

3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Start the engine and warm it up.
5. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Active Test / Control the Injection Way / Direct / Injection Way and Cylinder #1 Misfire Count to Cylinder #8 Misfire Count.

2. Replace the No. 1 and No. 2 injector drivers with known good ones from another vehicle.
   NOTE:

   Do not disconnect and reconnect the connectors with the engine switch on (IG), as the injector driver may be damaged.

4. Start the engine.
5. Clear the DTCs.

   Powertrain > Engine > Clear DTCs 

6. Turn the engine switch off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
7. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
8. Turn the Techstream on.
9. Perform the driving test.
10. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Trouble Codes.

    Powertrain > Engine > Trouble Codes 

11. Read the DTCs.
