Installation [08/2015 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL REAR ACCELERATION SENSOR
- Install the rear acceleration sensor with the bolt as shown in the illustration.
Torque: 8.5 N*m (87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf)
NOTE:- Replace the rear acceleration sensor with a new one if it is dropped.
- Make sure that the rear acceleration sensor is oriented correctly.
- Connect the connector.NOTE:
Securely connect the connector.
- Install the rear acceleration sensor with the bolt as shown in the illustration.
- INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH
- Install the deck trim side panel assembly LH (Refer to INSTALLATION [08/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to INSTALLATION [08/2016 - 08/2019] , or refer to INSTALLATION [08/2019 - ] ).
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2015 - 08/2019] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2019 - 08/2021] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2021 - 08/2022] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [08/2022 - ] ).
