Inspection [08/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT CENTER CLUSTER MODULE SWITCH RH (HEIGHT CONTROL OFF SWITCH) 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Center Cluster Module Switch RH (Height Control OFF Switch))

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition
      2 (N) - 10 (GND) Height control OFF switch pressed 200 Ω or less
      Height control OFF switch not pressed 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the center cluster module switch RH (height control OFF switch).

    2. Apply battery voltage between the terminals of the center cluster module switch RH (height control OFF switch), and check the illumination condition of the center cluster module switch RH (height control OFF switch).

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Center Cluster Module Switch RH (Height Control OFF Switch))

      Standard

      Measurement Condition Specified Condition
      Battery positive (+) → 1 (ILL+)
      Battery negative (-) → 5 (ILL-)      		 Illuminates

      If the result is not as specified, replace the center cluster module switch RH (height control OFF switch).
