DTC P0462: Fuel Level Sensor "A" Circuit Low; DTC P0463: Fuel Level Sensor "A" Circuit High [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the combination meter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G3-26 (L) - S4-2	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G3-2 (FE) - S4-3	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G3-26 (L) or S4-2 - Body ground and other terminals	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   G3-2 (FE) or S4-3 - Body ground and other terminals	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Remove the fuel sender gauge assembly.

   Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ]

2. Inspect the fuel sender gauge assembly.

   Refer to INSPECTION [08/2015 - ]

   Result

   Proceed to

   NG

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [08/2019 - ] 

Result:

REPLACE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [08/2015 - ]
