Removal [08/2020 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2020 - 08/2021]

  2. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 PROPELLER SHAFT HEAT INSULATOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 propeller shaft heat insulator bracket sub-assembly from the transfer assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  5. REMOVE TRANSFER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 8 nuts and transfer assembly from the automatic transaxle assembly.
