Disassembly [09/2020 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT GASKET 

    See step  3

  3. REMOVE FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB (for Bulb Type Turn Signal Light) 
    1. Turn the headlight cord with the front turn signal light bulb as shown in the illustration to disconnect them as a unit.

    2. Remove the front turn signal light bulb from the headlight cord.
  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CORD (for Bulb Type Turn Signal Light) 
    1. Disconnect the connector to remove the headlight cord.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT UNIT ASSEMBLY 
  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEARANCE LED UNIT 
    1. Using a T20H "TORX" driver, remove the "TORX" screw.

    2. Turn the No. 1 headlight clearance LED unit as shown in the illustration to separate it.

    3. Disconnect the connector to remove the No. 1 headlight clearance LED unit.
