DTC U0129-87: Lost Communication With Brake System Control Module Missing Message [10/2018 - 07/2022]: Procedure

CLEAR DTC AND PERFORM ROAD TEST

Clear the DTCs.
Powertrain > Transmission > Clear DTCs

HINT:

Write down the currently output DTCs before clearing them.

Start the engine and drive the vehicle at a low speed.

CHECK DTC OUTPUT (DTC U012987)

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch on (IG).
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Transmission / Trouble Codes.
Powertrain > Transmission > Trouble Codes

Read the DTCs using the Techstream.
