DTC P1585-04: Acceleration Sensor Circuit System Internal Failure [10/2018 - 07/2022]: Description
The yaw rate and acceleration sensor is built into the airbag ECU assembly. The airbag ECU assembly sends yaw rate and acceleration sensor signals to the TCM via CAN communication. These signals are used for neutral control. If a yaw rate and acceleration sensor malfunction signal is received from the airbag ECU assembly, this DTC is stored.
