DTC U0126: Lost Communication With Steering Angle Sensor Module; DTC U0129: Lost Communication with Brake System Control Module; DTC U0140: Lost Communication with Body Control Module; DTC U0163: Lost Communication with Navigation Control Module; DTC U1110: Lost Communication with Intuitive Parking Assist Module [09/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT 
    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - ]

      Chassis > Advanced Parking Guidance/Parking Assist Monitor > Clear DTCs 

    2. Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - ]

      Chassis > Advanced Parking Guidance/Parking Assist Monitor > Trouble Codes 

      HINT: 

      • If CAN communication system DTCs are stored, they may also be stored in other systems.
      • If the CAN communication system has been inspected and repaired in other systems, the DTCs will not be output when rechecking for DTCs.
      • If these DTCs are output frequently, duplicate the conditions that cause the problem symptoms and perform the inspection again, even if the DTCs were not output when rechecking for DTCs.

    Result: 

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - ]

    USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2017 - ]
