Fuel Pressure Sensor Stuck Monitor
If the fuel pressure sensor (for low pressure side) value does change with the target fuel pressure for the low pressure side, the ECM assembly interprets it as a malfunction. If this malfunction is detected in 2 consecutive driving cycles, the ECM assembly will illuminate the MIL and store this DTC.
Fuel Pressure Sensor Correlation Monitor (after First Engine Start)
If the fuel pressure sensor (for low pressure side) value is higher or lower than the threshold value when the fuel pump (for low pressure side) is operated at maximum speed when the engine is started for the first time since the power switch was turned on (READY), the ECM assembly interprets it as a malfunction. If this malfunction is detected in 2 consecutive driving cycles, the ECM assembly will illuminate the MIL and store this DTC.
