Installation [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the claw as shown in the illustration to install the windshield wiper switch assembly.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.
  2. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER (for Manual Tilt and Manual Telescopic Steering Column) 
    NOTE:

    If the steering column cover (lower) is installed in the incorrect order, the parts may break.

    1. Engage the claw to install the steering column cover (upper).
    2. Engage the 4 clips and 2 claws to connect the steering column cover (upper) to the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.
    3. Engage the 3 claws.
    4. Engage the 2 claws.

    5. Engage the 2 claws.

    6. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the left and install the screw.
    7. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the right and install the steering column cover (lower) with the screw.
  3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column) 
    1. Engage the claw to install the steering column cover (upper).
    2. Engage the 4 clips and 2 claws to connect the steering column cover (upper) to the instrument cluster finish panel assembly.
    3. Temporarily install the steering column cover (lower) as shown in the illustration.

    4. Engage the 2 claws.

    5. Engage the 2 claws.

    6. Install the screw.
    7. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the left and install the screw.
    8. Turn the steering wheel assembly to the right and install the steering column cover (lower) with the screw.
  4. CUSTOMIZE POWER TILT AND POWER TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN SYSTEM (for Power Tilt and Power Telescopic Steering Column) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17
