CASE 1

Following conditions is met 2 data
One of the following conditions is met (3 time) (a), (b) or (c)
(a) EEPROM communication timeout Occurred
(b) Permanent Fault Code Not stored
(c) Permanent Fault Code Not equal to commanded Fault Code
CASE 2

Following conditions is met 2 data
Either of the following conditions is met (3 time) (a) or (b)
(a) EEPROM communication timeout Occurred
(b) Permanent Fault Code Stored
CASE 3

Following conditions is met 2 data
Either of the following conditions is met (a) or (b)
(a) EEPROM communication timeout (3 time) Occurred
(b) Permanent Fault Code data (10 time) Mismatch
