Reassembly [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU 
    1. Install the ECU with the 2 screws.
  2. INSTALL STEERING LOCK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY 

    HINT: 

    When replacing the steering lock actuator assembly, perform the key registration. Refer to REGISTRATION [09/2015 - 08/2020] Refer to REGISTRATION [08/2020 - ] .

    1. Temporarily install the steering lock actuator assembly with 2 new tapered-head bolts.

    2. Tighten the 2 tapered-head bolts until the bolt heads break off.
