Rear Door RH Entry Unlock Function does not Operate [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. When the door control switch on the multiplex network master switch assembly is operated, check that the doors unlock and lock according to the switch operation. Refer to OPERATION CHECK [09/2015 - ] .

   OK

   Door locks operate normally.

Result: 

NG 

GO TO POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM 

Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2015 - ] )

Result: 

OK

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Smart Access / Data List.
5. Read the Data List according to the display on the Techstream.

REPLACE CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY)

NG

1. Disconnect the E150 and E151 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.
2. Disconnect the z63 rear door outside handle assembly RH connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   E150-10 (CLG4) - z63-6 (ANT1)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   E150-9 (CG4B) - z63-4 (ANT2)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   E150-10 (CLG4) or z63-6 (ANT1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   E150-9 (CG4B) or z63-4 (ANT2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

4. Reconnect the z63 rear door outside handle assembly RH connector.
5. Reconnect the E150 and E151 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK
