DTC C1A0A: Front Radar Sensor Region Code Mismatch [09/2015 - ]: Description

The driving support ECU assembly uses the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly, object recognition camera and driver monitor camera to detect obstacles in front of the vehicle and the direction that the driver's head is facing. Based on this information, the driving support ECU sends pre-collision control operation signals.

When the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly is replaced with a new one, it acquires the country specification information from the driving support ECU. Also, when the driving support ECU is replaced with a new one, it receives country specification information from the combination meter assembly. When country specification information in the sensor and ECU do not match, DTC C1A0A is output.

If the sensor and vehicle country specification information are the same, and the combination meter assembly and the driving support ECU assembly country specification information are different, C1A0C is output.
