DTC C1A01: Driving Support ECU [09/2015 - ]: Description
The driving support ECU assembly uses the millimeter wave radar sensor assembly, object recognition camera and driver monitor camera to detect obstacles in front of the vehicle and the direction that the driver's head is facing.
Based on this information, the driving support ECU assembly calculates the risk of a collision and operates the pre-collision system when it determines that the risk is high.
When DTC C1A01 is detected, the driving support ECU assembly only detects the "Pre-Collision 2" DTC malfunctions.
